Project Construction: 2008-2009The intersection of 116th Street and Clay Center Road was converted to a roundabout intersection. In addition, Clay Center Road 1,000 feet north of 116th to a culvert replacement was widened with a surface pavement overlay. The improvements included new asphalt pavement, concrete curb and gutter, asphalt recreational paths, curb ramps, storm sewer system, intersection lighting, decorative street signage, landscaping, and pavement markings.
