We're proud of our consistently low employee turn-over. In our 12 years of existence, only three full-time employees have decided to leave our company to work for a competitor, and we think that says a lot about our staff and the culture we've created at CrossRoad Engineers. Lance Stahley is the eighth CrossRoad Employee to complete ten years of service. As Resident Project Engineer for our multiple road improvement projects in the City of Carmel, Lance is an integral part of our team, and we're privileged that he chose to work with us.
