The project was originated by the need to expand the infrastructure in this area in anticipation of future growth.  Epworth Road is located just outside of Evansville and is projected to become a major corridor in the very near future. This project will widen the existing two-lane section of Epworth Road in Warrick County to a five lane urban roadway. Above is a photo of the existing Epworth Road.
