Recent Projects

CrossRoad Engineers provides construction inspection and construction management services to clients. We have provided these services on both privately funded and federally funded projects. We are fully certified for all INDOT inspection and testing procedures. Furthermore, we come highly recommended by previous clients due to our committment to provide quality inspection and our ability to successfully manage the construction through completion. Depending on the project and on the client, these services have varied from part-time to full-time and have included some if not all of the following functions:

• Bid review assistance
• Pre-construction coordination and meetings (utility coordination, wage rate issues, resident and business owner issues, etc.)
• Construction schedule review
• Public information meetings
• Part-time or full-time field inspection, including quantity and quality control, preparation of pay estimates, material authorization, on-site testing, construction management,
and public interaction
• Coordination meetings with the City/County/INDOT,
utility companies, business owners, residents,
and local agencies
• Bi-weekly construction progress meetings with the contractor, sub-contractors, and client
• Final inspections and punchlist creation
