The CrossRoad Engineers Transportation Department's primary function is the design of projects, both federally funded and locally funded, for municipalities, counties and INDOT. Our group is involved from scoping through construction.Typical project functions we perform include:

• R/W acquisition managementTypes of projects include design and oversight of new road construction, road rehabilitation, road reconstruction, intersection improvement, bridge replacement, bridge rehabilitation, street enhancement, and drainage projects. The Transportation staff also assists other CrossRoad departments with transportation facility design and design review.
