ROBERT A. BLEICH
Resident Project Inspector / Surveyor


Role

Bob is a Resident Project Inspector / Surveyor for CrossRoad Engineers, PC. In this capacity, he provides either resident or part-time construction observation for either Federally funded or locally funded projects. Bob also assists with our field survey efforts. In addition, as needed, he assists in the coordination and production of plans for design projects.

History
Bob is a 1990 graduate of Purdue University, Indianapolis, with a B.S. degree in Construction Technology. He is certified in all areas of construction inspection with the Indiana Department of Transportation.

Bob worked for the Indiana Department of Transportation prior to joining CrossRoad, where his duties included construction inspection and right of way engineering services. He also has over 15 years of experience in the civil engineering field. His primary responsibilities have included engineering design, plan and specification development, and construction inspection. He has been involved in addressing public hearings, client communication, public agency coordination, drainage design, boundary and topographic surveys, and construction engineering.
