LANCE A. STAHLEY
Resident Project Inspector

Role
Lance is a Resident Project Inspector for CrossRoad Engineers, PC. His responsibilities include construction inspection on federally funded as well as locally funded transportation projects, managing and coordinating inspectors for several projects and design review and coordination. Additionally, he assists with our right-of-way acquisition efforts and coordination as needed.

History
Lance has more than 15 years of experience in management. Prior to joining CrossRoad Engineers in 1997, he had five years experience in the construction field. Lance is also certified in all areas of construction inspection with the Indiana Department of Transportation.
