RYAN PERRY
R/W Manager

Role
Ryan is an Assistant R/W Manager for CrossRoad Engineers. His primary responsibilities include the preparation and review right-of-way plats and descriptions. His R/W experience includes both LPA and INDOT projects. His tasks vary from right-of-way engineering functions to assisting with land surveys. Ryan also assists with coordination of the various subconsultants that provide Title Work, Appraisal Problem Analysis, Appraisals, Review Appraisals, and Buying Services.

History
Prior to joining CrossRoad Engineers in 2006, Ryan received an Associate’s degree from the Purdue School of Technology in Mechanical Engineering Technology. Since receiving that degree he has been taking classes through both Purdue University and IUPUI, working towards becoming a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Indiana. The majority of Ryan's experience was gained from a former employer whose work consisted primarily of right-of-way engineering for the Indiana Department of Transportation. His previous duties included performing right of way engineering, deed analysis, preparation of route surveys as well as surveying work on local subdivisions and topographic surveys.
